2. Role of the platform
Adwik HT acts as a marketplace that connects parents with tutors. We do not employ tutors, control their teaching methods, or guarantee academic outcomes. Any agreement for tuition is strictly between the parent and the tutor.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information in your profile or tuition requirements and keep it up to date.
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity, including sharing misleading qualifications or false requirements.
4. Tutor credits & payments
- Tutors may purchase credit packs which allow them to unlock parent contact details for specific leads.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Adwik HT does not collect or hold tuition fees paid by parents to tutors.
5. Code of conduct
All users agree to:
- Treat each other with respect and maintain professional communication.
- Not harass, abuse, or discriminate against any user on the basis of gender, religion, caste, or any other protected characteristic.
- Respect the privacy of students and families and keep shared information confidential.
6. Limitation of liability
While we take reasonable steps to verify tutor profiles, Adwik HT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tuition arrangements, including academic performance, cancellations, or disputes between parents and tutors.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
